Charles Russell “Chuck” Stockman Jr., age 61, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 21, 2019 at Mercy St. Anne Hospital. He was born December 31, 1957 in Toledo, OH to Charles R. and Betty (Logan) Stockman Sr. Chuck was a graduate of Whitmer High School “Class of ‘76”. He worked for the Jeep Corporation at the North Cove Blvd. Plant and later at Toledo North Assembly for 30 years, retiring from Jeep in 2008. An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting and fishing, and pontooning on Little Long Lake at the family cottage in Indiana. Chuck enjoyed working with his hands. He had a knack for caring for sick or injured animals, and nursed many back to health over the years. He also had a keen interest in the stock market and loved buying and selling stock. A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, he will be dearly missed.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Linda (Klimek) Stockman; children, Charles Russell Stockman III, Andrea (Carl) Richardson, and Jimmy Stockman; grandchildren, Jayden Stockman, Kenny Stockman, Connor Richardson, Oliver Stockman, and Sylvia Stockman; sisters, Charlene Chitwood, Gretchen (Ted) Ronau, and Rachael Stockman; and brother, Russell Stockman. His parents preceded him in death.
