William Piotrowski

William John Piotrowski, age 73, of Toledo, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019. He was born on August 25, 1945 in Toledo, Ohio to Leonard and Genevieve (Korfel) Piotrowski. William was a graduate of Whitmer High School. He worked for the City of Toledo, Division of Streets, Bridges, and Harbor as a bridge tender for over 30 years, retiring in 2006. He was a parishioner of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and ushered there for many years. William enjoyed bowling and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

William is survived by his daughter, Kristina (Derek) Blazo; son, Matthew (Karly) Piotrowski; grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Sarah, Katie, and William Blazo, and Ryann and Alex Piotrowski; and brother, Paul Piotrowski. He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Pamela Piotrowski.

Visitation will be Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m. Funeral Services will begin Saturday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home and continue with the Funeral Mass in Regina Coeli Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
