Ann Marie Burbridge, 92, of Erie, MI passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 10, 1929 in Detroit, MI to Francis and Anna (Wiznar) Malyak. A graduate of Lackawanna High School, she was employed as a bookkeeper at the A&P Warehouse on Brown Ave. in Toledo, OH. She was a longtime active member of the F.O.E. 197 Auxiliary and held every office over the years including Auxiliary President. Ann Marie was a talented crafter and enjoyed fashioning porcelain dolls and their clothes. She also loved flower gardening, traveling, and dancing. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Erie, MI.
Ann Marie is survived by her loving husband, Ralph Burbridge; children, Lana Lee (Bill) Harris, Deborah (Cos) Covington, Doreen Flood, and Deyanne Kaczynski (Ken Westrick), and Douglas Duvall; sisters, Katherine Vega and Marilyn Ross; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, June Kinmartin.
Visitation will be Sunday, August 15 from 2-6 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. Funeral services will begin Monday at 9:15 a.m. in the funeral home and continue with the Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, OH.
