Aurelia M. Guziolek

Aurelia M. Guziolek, age 98, of Toledo, OH, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. She was born on January 10, 1926 in Toledo, OH to Frank and Eleanor (Andrejan) Bogdanski. Her places of employment included Airway Electric, Libbey Glass, and Paragon Products. Aurelia was a longtime parishioner of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and member of the church’s Altar Rosary Society. A talented keyboardist, she especially enjoyed playing the organ. An accomplished Polish cook and baker, she and her husband Danny were caring foster parents through Catholic Charities for many years.

 Aurelia is survived by her sister, Joan Ozuk; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Daniel Guziolek in 2004; sister, Geraldine Korczynski; and brothers, Arthur and Eugene Bogdanski.

Visitation will be Friday, February 16 from 9-10:30 a.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. with a rosary led by members of the Regina Coeli Altar Rosary Society at 10:30 a.m. Committal will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
