Barbara Ann Weithman

Barbara Ann (Schmidt) Weithman, 87, passed peacefully on October 24th. Barbara was born July 10, 1936 to Gustave and Anna (Trost) Schmidt, both who preceded her in death and was the loving wife and widow of Richard Weithman. Barbara grew up in Dearborn, Michigan where she earned her BS and worked for Parke-Davis. After marrying Richard, she made her home in Toledo, Ohio where she was a member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Salesian Club for many years, an avid crocheter, and worked at both Magic Moments and Maria Childcare in Toledo.

Barbara is preceded in death by her daughter Barbara. She is survived by her sister Nancy Schmidt, her children Mary (Tod) Vogel, Michael (Rhonda) Weithman and Melinda (Matt) Marinelli, grandchildren Aimee (Kyle) Klink, Jacob Vogel and two great-grandchildren, Alexander and James.

Visitation will be held at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd from 9-10:45 a.m. on Monday, October 30, 2023, with the rosary being said at 10:15. The funeral will follow at 11 a.m. at Regina Coeli Church. Graveside service will be private in Calvary Cemetery.
