Bruce Martin Domanowski

Bruce Martin Domanowski died at his home in Onsted, MI. on Dec. 22, 2021. He was 69 years old. He was born to Chester and Gertrude (Adamski) Domanowski on May 15, 1952 in Toledo, OH. He attended Roger's High School and graduated from Carl T. Cotter Trade School, in Toledo, OH. His first job was a construction apprentice and helped build the Medical College of Ohio (MCO) in the early 1970s. He learned to play the guitar as a young teenager and had a "garage band" with his high school buddies. Later he traveled the United States playing in many small-town venues, including Tempe, AZ, Hagerstown, MD and N.W. Ohio during the late 1970-80's. After his travels he came back to Toledo and was employed at the University of Toledo/Maintenance Dept. He later married and lived in Dundee, MI and co-owned and operated Faye's Bridal Shop. He retired from Tecumseh Products in 2007 as a refrigeration technician. He loved music and played the piano, drums, and many acoustic and electric guitars. He enjoyed playing and recording music with family and friends. He also had a passion for art and photography which he passed down to his son Stephen.

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents - Chester and Gertie Domanowski, brothers - Greg Domanowski and Ted Domanowski. Survivors include his former wife, Faye Brown; son, Stephen; step-children, Joey, Jammie, and Theresa; granddaughter, Lydia Paige; grandson, Michael; sister, Sophia (Herman) Reineck; brother, Patrick Domanowski; and sister-in-law, Lori (Greg)Domanowski.
