Christopher John Olwick

Christopher John Olwick, age 61, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 28, 2022. He was born September 2, 1961 in Toledo, OH to Emil and Louise (Malinowski) Olwick. Chris was a graduate of St. Adalbert Grade School and Macomber High School. He was currently a general manager at Marco’s Pizza where he was employed for over 30 years. Before that he worked at the “Nature’s Gifts” produce market in downtown Toledo. Chris was an avid golfer and enjoyed bass fishing at the family cottage on Posey Lake. He also enjoyed photography, and gardening in his back yard. He was a longtime parishioner of St. Adalbert Catholic Church.

Chris is survived by his sister, Kathleen Ann Adoline; nieces, Shonna Burris, Lynne Adoline, and Jennifer Adoline; great-niece, Breanna Burris; and dear friends, Mike Wieczorek, Terri St. Aubin, and Jock Moell. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 3 from 9-10:30 a.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd.  The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Thomas Extejt presiding. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
