Dennis Lee Idzkowski

Dennis Lee “Keyko” Idzkowski, age 70, of Toledo, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Mercy St. Anne Hospital. He was born August 23, 1953 in Toledo, OH to Adolph and Carolyn (Miller) Idzkowski. Dennis attended Whitmer High School and Macomber Apprenticeship School. Upon graduating and serving his apprenticeship at Unique Tool & Die, he worked as a tool & die maker for Toledo Pressed Steel, Sharon Manufacturing and since 1989, Ford Motor’s Monroe and Wayne Stamping Plants. Dennis was skilled at woodworking, remodeling, and small engine repair. He enjoyed working with tools and taking on new projects. He also loved the outdoors, whether fishing, gardening, or feeding the birds. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Frances (Declercq) Idzkowski; children, Kimberly Kinnie and Scott (Jennifer Brewer) Idzkowski; grandchildren, Hunter Brewer, Mackenzie Kinnie, Michael Idzkowski, Emma Idzkowski, and Logan Kinnie; sisters, Sharron (Charles) Furst and Elaine Levans Sabin; and brothers, Gary (Jill) Idzkowski and Ronnie Idzkowski. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Bonnie Marie Idzkowski,

Visitation will be Sunday, December 17 from 3-8 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. with a Scripture Service at 7 p.m.  The funeral Mass will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2255 Central Grove, Toledo. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
