Jami Lee Pressnell

Jami Lee Pressnell, age 37, of LaSalle, Michigan, passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital.  She was born on February 21, 1987, in Toledo, Ohio to Stanley Eugene and Victoria Faith (Clements) Pressnell.  A graduate of Mason Consolidated Schools and Monroe Community College, Jami had a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Toledo.  For the past seven years, she was employed as an Aid and MED Distributor for Progressive Residential Services.  Jami was passionate about looking after everyone around her.  She had the biggest heart – dedicated her life to helping raise her nieces and nephew, Stephan, Tori, and Loretta.  Jami was a considerate and loving person, who took great joy in the creative process of personalizing gifts for holidays and special occasions.  She also enjoyed listening to music and was extremely invested in the American Idol Contestant and professional singer, Crystal Bowersox.  She was a former member of Luna Pier Baptist Church.  A beautiful and kind soul, Jami will be deeply missed by all those whose lives she touched.

Jami is survived by her parents Stanley and Victoria; sister, Brandie (Ron) Mason; brother, Michael Pressnell; nieces and nephews, Ashley Mason, Stephanie Johnson, Christina Mason, Stephan Pressnell, Tori Pressnell, Loretta Pressnell, and Ethan Pressnell; many aunts and uncles; and canine companion, “Trouble”, a Jack Russel mix.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 4 from 3-8 p.m. in Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd.  The Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, June 5, at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Randy Clements presiding.  Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
