Joan Marie Lukasik

Joan Marie Lukasik, of Monclova, OH passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Mercy Health-Perrysburg Hospital. She was born in Toledo, OH to Alex and Doris (Czubachowski) Orzechowski. Joan was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. She was a retiree of First National Bank of Toledo. She was a member of the Maumee Elks and the Catholic War Vets Auxiliary, and a parishioner of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald S. Lukasik; and brother, Frank Orzechowski. She is survived by her son, Ronald (Anjenene) Lukasik Jr.; granddaughters, Lucy and Lyla; and sister, Vivian (Duane) Angevine.

The Funeral Mass for Joan will be Monday, December 11 at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
