Kenneth “Bronko” Bronikowski, 77, of Temperance, MI and formerly of Toledo, OH passed away at his home on Sunday, April 24. He was born on September 7, 1944, to Floyd “Pete” and Betty (Eisaman) Bronikowski. Ken graduated from Scott High School and went on to proudly serve in the United States Air Force from 1962-1966. After his discharge from the Air Force Ken worked as a millwright through Local 1090. Ken was very proud to earn his 50-year service pin as a member of the Local. He was a member of Regina Coeli Parish. Ken enjoyed golf, fishing, UT Baseball and Walsh Volleyball, and actively following his children and grandchildren in all of their sports and activities.
Ken is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Kathleen (O’Loughlin); his sons: Steven (Brooke), Robert (Marlene), and William (Jennifer); his five grandchildren: Kait (Chase) Hambel, Alex (Shamus Dempsey, fiancé), Hannah Bronikowski, Jared (Jakhiyah Wooten, fiancé), and Tessa Bronikowski; his great-grandson, Brooks Hambel and a great-grandchild due in September. Ken is also survived by his brother, Jerry Bronikowski; his sister, Barbara (Dennis) Myers; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 30, from 1-4 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. The Funeral Service will be Saturday at 4 p.m. in the funeral home with Deacon James Dudley presiding. Private interment will be at Toledo Memorial Park, May 7.
