LaDonna Joan Dull

LaDonna Joan Dull, age 81, of Sylvania, OH passed away Friday, October 6, 2023, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on December 10, 1941, in Eizabeth, Indiana to Harry Donald Eaglin and Lucille Martin.  LaDonna was a graduate of McKinley Grade School and DeVilbiss High School. Her places of employment included Dollar General in Van Wert, OH and Crescent Cleaners in Toledo. LaDonna was devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and homemaker who loved caring for her family. A terrific cook, known for her Dutch dumplings and liver and onions, she was also a skilled needleworker who enjoyed crocheting afghans for family and friends. She was a former member of Harvest Lane Church.

LaDonna is survived by her children, Kelly (David) Viertlbeck, Terry Beadle, and Carla Barto; daughter-in-law, Christina Dull; grandchildren, Staci (Kevin) Weeks, Scott (Christine) Stone, Erin Newell, Zachary Dull, and Savannah Dull; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Bond, Janet (David) Shadler, and Pheona (Dike) Hadsell; brothers, Mark Speck and Bob Webb; and nephews as pallbearers, Keith Shadler, Kevin Shadler, Jay Speck, Josh Vance, Hudson Vance, and Jay McNeil.  She was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Jay Speck; husband, Kenneth Dull; son, Bryan Dull; sister, Shirleen Wilson; and brothers, Wayne Eaglin and Paul Speck. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 10 from 10 - 11 a.m.  at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Rev. Bob Cleland presiding. A private committal service will take place at a later date in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert, OH.
