Marian Louise McCormick

Marian Louise McCormick, age 91, of Lambertville, MI and formerly of Annabelle Dr. in Toledo, passed away on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on May 31, 1932 in Connellsville, PA to Frank and Margaret (Murphy) Bartley.  Marian was an office worker for All Seasons Heating and Air-Conditioning for 22 years.  She enjoyed card games and Bingo, especially when she played for the cash jackpot.  Marian also loved taking exercise classes at the Eleanor Kahle Senior Center.  A longtime parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, she was an active member of the Marian Society, serving as editor of the newsletter, “The Marian Pulse”, cashier of the boutique, and was one of the committee leaders for the church’s funeral luncheon program.  Marian was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and homemaker, devoted to her family and faith.  She will be dearly missed.

Marian was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Robert McCormick; and brother, Bernard Bartley.  She is survived by her children, Debra (Lester) Dimick and Michael (Michelle Jacobs) McCormick; grandchildren, Dale Dimick, Matthew (Shawnee) Dimick, Amanda (Josh Fleig) McCormick, and Anita (Mike) Daigneault; and 4 great-grandchildren.

The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 24 at 11 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church with visitation preceding from 10-11 a.m.  Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Connellsville, PA.
