Mary J. Krompak, age 100, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Wolf Creek Skilled Nursing. She was born on October 14, 1922 in Toledo, OH to Benedetto and Teresina Calipetro. Mary was a graduate of Birmingham Grade School and attended Waite High School. A founding member of Regina Coeli Catholic Church and member of the church’s Altar and Rosary Society, she was actively involved in her church’s numerous activities. She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of 62 years, Steve Krompak; sister, Antoinette Nenno; brothers, Louis “Larry”, Frank, James, and John “Leo”; and half-brother, Anthony Sargenti.
The family wishes to thank Wolf Creek Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing staff and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for the compassionate care she received.
