Michael H. “Mick” “Strawberry” Moore, age 73, of Toledo passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021 at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice, Sylvania. He was born February 12, 1948 in West Virginia. He was employed as a forklift operator for Lincoln Electric in Euclid, OH for 20 years and before that for Shad Bowler.

Mick was truly a positive spirit, a fun-loving person who loved a good time and was always the life of the party. Generous with his time, he played Santa Claus for the Fun & Recreation Team Charity for 27 years. He will be dearly missed.

Mick was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Moore Pete; stepfather, Melvin Pete; loving companion, Martha Mercer; brother, Richard Pete; and sister, Carol Dantzer. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Linda Pete, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a multitude of devoted friends.
