Paul Stanley Czyzewski

Paul Stanley Czyzewski, age 81, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023 at Ebeid Hospice surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on July 23, 1942 in Toledo, OH to Stanley F. and Emily (Mankowski) Czyzewski.  Paul attended St. Hedwig Catholic Grade School before graduating from St. Clement Catholic Grade School and Central Catholic High School.  He received his Associate’s Degree from The University of Toledo.  Paul first worked for Toledo Tool & Die, although much of his career was spent in the Metrology Department for GM Powertain, and after 30 years he retired in 2003.   When he wasn’t working, Paul enjoyed gardening and woodworking - always putting his hands to good use.  A parishioner of St. Clement, Paul loved to help usher and set up the live stream for the weekday Masses, Funerals, and special events.  He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Paul is survived by his wife, Patricia (Rosinski) Czyzewski; daughter, Julie (John) Clawson; son, Andrew (Michael) Czyzewski; grandchildren, Joseph and Emily Uhlman; and great-grandchildren, Kalib and Alexander.  He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Judith Bialecki.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 14 from 6-8 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd.  The funeral services will begin Friday at 9:45 a.m. in the funeral home and continue with the Funeral Mass at 10:30 in St. Clement Catholic Church.  Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
