Stephen Marc Brown, age 71, of Toledo, OH, passed away at home on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. He was born May 12, 1954 in Sacramento, California and later moved to the Toledo, Ohio area as a child. After graduating from high school, Steve went on to serve in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He later worked for many years at Libbey Glass and later Toledo Blank. Steve was known to have character and be quite a character and wonderfully unique. Steve was a friend who many sought after for advice and was well versed in a variety of subjects such as health, health supplements, nutrition, music of all sorts, religion, the humanities, and history. He was a guitar virtuoso and was talented in the realm of music with strong working knowledge of rock and blues. In addition to playing guitar, he was talented in sound recording and entertainment. Words alone cannot measure the man Steve was and his loving presence in this world will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Steve’s memory is his loving wife of 26 years, Vicki (Aultman) Brown; his stepson, Michael (Elizabeth) Good; his brother-in-law, Gary (Tracey) Aultman; his close friend of over 51 years, Paul (Scurvy Dog) Youngblood; his close friend, Rude Marczewski; and many dear friends and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marjorie (Haney) Brown; his step-son, Ronald Good, Jr.; and his sister, Karen Brown.
