Tami Lynn Kubiak, age 68, of Liberty Center, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. She was born on June 3, 1957, in Toledo, OH to Sam and Joanne (Doering) Mihailoff. Tami was a graduate of Woodward High School. She began her working career as an information operator for Ohio Bell and went on to work as a splicer-tech for AT&T, retiring from there in 2008 after 28 years of service. Adventurous and fun-loving, Tami loved trying new things. From horseback riding to glassblowing - she could do anything she put her mind to. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Tami was everything to everyone. She will be dearly missed.
Tami is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Tim Kubiak (Married January 5, 1985); son, Todd (Leda) Kubiak; daughter, Abbey Kubiak; grandchildren, Judah, Eloise, Silas, and Temple Kubiak; sisters, Debra Mann, Mindy (Art) Schroeder, and Sally (Paul) Napierala; brothers-in-law, Dale (Joyce) Kubiak, and Russell Kubiak; many nieces and nephews; and many dear friends including best friends, Tom and Sally Pollick. She was preceded in death by her parents; father and mother-in-law, Leonard and JoAnn Kubiak; and brother-in-law, Mike Mann.
Visitation will be Monday, February 23 from 4-8 p.m. at Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe, 114 E. Alexis Rd. On Tuesday, February 24, visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Roy Sutherland presiding. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park.
