Tas H. Blagg Jr.

Tas H. Blagg, Jr., age 82, of Toledo, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at home. He was born on February 11, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Tas H. Blagg Sr. and Cora M. (Cottrill) Blagg. Tas was a hardworking man who took great pride in his career. He retired at the age of 78 from Envelope Mart Inc., after working there for 19 years and previously at J.C. Penney Warehouse for 30 years. His dedication and work ethic were evident throughout his life. On June 5, 1971, Tas married the love of his life, Linda K. Dillow. Together, they shared over five decades of cherished memories. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who found immense joy in spending time with his family and friends. Tas had a zest for life and enjoyed the simple pleasures. He loved being outdoors, playing euchre, and trying his luck with scratch-off tickets and the lottery. In his younger years he enjoyed playing baseball and his Saturday night bowling league with dear friends Marv and Gloria Spain. His warm personality and genuine kindness made him a wonderful person who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 54 years, Linda; daughter, Candee; granddaughter, Monica; grandson, Dakota (Kaitlin); great-grandchildren, Anton and Faeryn; and brother, James. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tas Sr. and Cora, and siblings, Richard, Michael, and Barbara.
